Peter's journey into writing 

Peter Conrad’s passion for literature was recognized early, as his work was a runner-up in the My Dream Writing Contest 2024 and featured in Wingless Dreamer's 2024 anthology, Summer Fireflies 2. His writing has also appeared in LOFT Books, Issue VI, Gnashing Teeth Publishing’s The Cost of Our Baggage anthology, and Winter Jewel Publishing’s We Make the Village: An Anthology of Community.

A rich history in literary arts

Peter's stories have been published in over forty literary journals, including The Taborian, WayWords Literary Journal, Umbrella Factory Magazine, CafeLit, Bare Hill Review, Impulse, The Paradox Literary Magazine, In Parentheses, The Hemlock, Livina Press Golden Issue, Folklore, Novus, Half and One, Superpresent Magazine, Poor Yorick, and The Datura. He has also published articles and lectures in Art History for the Art Institute Online, and authored the nonfiction titles Training for Victory, Training Aces, and the creative nonfiction title Canadian Wartime Prison Escapes. Peter graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Education and an MA.

Passionate about new voices

Peter C. Conrad  has completed collections of short stories and presented them to literary publishers, and also has several young adult novels on offer. This firsthand experience as an author provides a unique understanding of the challenges and rewards of bringing stories to life, making his approach to book promotion uniquely empathetic and effective.
